The atmosphere is described as a cool, family-friendly urban spot with a pleasant outdoor courtyard, making it a favored destination in downtown Everett. Overall, the restaurant is recognized for its excellent food, inviting ambiance, and value, especially during happy hour specials.
There are so many good Mexican restaurants in Everett. This is our favorite eat in restaurant. Their Mole sauce is so damn good. The Happy Hour tacos are a killer deal. I love the Spicy Margarita. It is VERY spicy! My only complaint would be how dark it is inside. It's ridiculously too dark but the food is amazing.
Food was amazing, had 3 tacos and 2 drinks and some others stuff shared at dinner. Great service too! Only thing is it's a little dark inside so reading the menu wasn't easy. Drinks were amazing, strong and tasty. Coming back for sure!
Very cool inner city family restaurant. Professional staff an bonus hidden hideaway, outside courtyard. Lots of fun.
This new Taco's & Beer is just as great as their other original location near Greenwood on Crown Hill. We used to go to Taco's. & Beer all the time for years when we lived in Greenwood. Great food, service and atmosphere. Happy hour was always affordable. We've been in Everett for several years now and we're happy to hear about the new location on Hewitt Ave. We stopped in at 3:00 on Sunday. The place is well decorated and had a back yard open patio between the buildings. Service was immediately there. The menu was similar to the way we remembered the other place. We ordered from the taco menu that had about 20 different choices. All were only 5 or 6 each. We ordered 4 different ones plus one single enchilada. See picture The sizes were very filling for that street taco size, with a double tortilla that holds it all together. AND the flavors were fantastic, just as we remembered from years ago at the original location. The variety of Margaritas is extensive. My favorite still is the Tamarindo Margarita with the spicy Tamarindo rim. We will now be going here as often as we did at the original location. And try the Chichen soup with a little chopped jalapeno, it will cure that cold or flu you get during the winter season. Better than you Moms.
The tacos are *Delicious*; the back patio is big and well-shaded and the service was so kind! If you're just looking for good tacos and drinks in Downtown Everett - this is the place! Come with an appetite too - the two taco plate w/ rice and beans is plenty, especially if you get an appetizer to go with it. You also get the classic chips & salsa to start your meal. The menu is big and - along with beer - you can get drinks and margaritas. So excited for this place to be here in Everett and hope it stays for a long time
One of the best spots for tacos, hands down. I would challenge Texans to tell me otherwise! Ambiance and aesthetics were original and my kind of vibe - think traditional Mexican hues, dia de los muertos and sugar skull artwork, and low lighting with individual lighting at each table and booth. Their menu is impressive and looks like an elevated take on truly traditional Mexican dishes. We sat at the bar and watched the Stanley Cup. Our bartender was fantastic and easy to chat with. Bar area is small but with the tacos, Cadillac margaritas, and hockey, we didn’t care.
Great food and service. We walked in not knowing what time they close. We found out after when we checked that they were closing when we walked in. There was no indication, no mention of it and not a bit rushing us. I love the vibe of the place for a Saturday night. We ordered the Nachos de cantina and it was loaded. Good quality cheese, there was still a great cheese pull even after sitting for a little bit on the table. Thank you for accommodating us late at night and I was able to discover one of my new favorite places in town. Can't wait to go back and sit on the patio in the coming warmer days.
Came out on Saturday evening to this new spot in downtown Everett. We tried five different types of tacos, a quesadilla, tamale, chimichanga, torta, beans, rice and guacamole. Everything was delicious. My favorites were the chorizo and papa's taco, and beans. The Margaritas were also very tasty and strong. Can't wait to come back! Hopefully they have happy hour soon
